A perfectly located apartment in Kings Cross.

This two bedroom apartment is located in the new and stylish Cole Yard area of Kings Cross. The property was to be prepared and ready for to our clients first stay in their new urban residence. This client is based in Canada and all presentations were completed via zoom. The blank canvas has been transformed into a comfortable & functional space using a modern minimalist aesthetic. All elements of the design were manage by Katie Watkinson Interiors from start to finish. Furniture, artwork and everything in between was professionally installed using our logistics service.
